This day features yoga, delicious food, and a ride down country roads led by Debbie Novak. Bring your bike and ride down the backroads, past pastures, picturesque farms, with a few fun stops. After your ride, Judi will lead you in a stretchy yoga practice, followed by a light meal. There will be time to walk the woods or just enjoy time in the country.
